The Gator's Offering Bolo
“SPRING DATA”, a six piece release inspired by the many hours I spent helping document the ecology at the park this Spring. A simple ode to the reptiles and amphibians of the wetlands, whose habitat we aim to protect.
Piece 5. The Gator's Offering Bolo.
A play on one of my forever favorite pieces, the Left Hand Path pendant, I have once again life cast an alligator's paw, with his paw facing forward, talons held together, as if beckoning an offering. Above this solid sterling silver paw, rests a swampy piece of Moss Agate, framed in a triple braided wire border. Simple stamp detailing. The back bolo fixture, slightly different to my standard - this time I made a "bead closure" its a double half round, with central rope wire bead, that fits snuggly on the black leather bolo cording. The piece rests snuggly, but easily can move to wherever you would like the pendant to rest. Silver bolo tips, with ball detail at the base of the leather.
One of a kind. 🐊✨
