A sister to a necklace I made for myself for my 34th birthday. This SOLID fine silver alligator paw, gripped in a way that reminds me of holding an offering of sorts, individually hand cast by me from impressions made from an actual alligator I’ve found naturally deceased and took home to honor in metal. The paw has a flat back, also of alligator texture, and resting atop is a raw piece of slightly translucent Big Sur Jade that I collected myself in California, wrapped in a laurel wreath bezel. A series of geometric loops make this piece move wonderfully off of a 20” sterling silver flat curb chain.
 
The full pendant measures 3" long and 7/8" wide, the paw + stone pendant itself measures 2" long.
The pendant hangs on a 20"sterling silver flat curb chain.
